Shaolin Mantis (1978)

Directed by Lau Kar-leung, combining action with themes of loyalty and betrayal. The story follows Wei Fung (David Chiang), a skilled fighter and spy sent by the emperor to infiltrate a rebellious family with connections to the Shaolin Temple. During his mission, he learns the Mantis style of kung fu and develops a bond with the family, causing his loyalty to waver.
