WTD Reverse Crescento Kick

During my daily workout, I demonstrate a Reverse Crescento Kick. This is similar to the Reverse Hook Kick but instead of striking with my heel, I strike with the blade edge of the foot with my toe pointing up. This also changes the stretch from more Groin flexibility to more hamstring flexibility, and changes the range to be just a bit closer in than the ReverseHook Kick.
