Mass clean-up effort: Weather service warns of more rain in Valencia

More than two hundred people are confirmed dead in Spain's flood-hit areas. More members of the armed forces have been deployed to help in recovery efforts. Clean-up operations are on-going, mostly being done by volunteers.
