74. Fast Day Three,A Short Psalm and The No Damn Choice Workout, Sunday, November 3, 2024

Wow,what a day yesterday was. Fun and nice weather too. But today, it's kind of like a meat freezer out here in the morning in Virginia...lol
Anyway, I went to a new casino in Dumfries,Va. , called The Rose, that was built on a landfill, literally on a mountain of trash. The trash mountain is so huge, the road has a ten percent grade to get up to the casino. I got a great laugh out of that. There were far better ways to get a road into this location.
Anyway, Thank You, Lord for helping me get todays workout done.
