Rock 'N' Roll vs. San Antonio City Council

In 1985, San Antonio Mayor, Henry Cisneros, and the City Council created an ordinance banning kids from "Rock 'n' Roll" Concerts in San Antonio...for their own good!!!! The story made local and national news and was even covered by Entertainment Tonight.
