Detonation Chaos: Ukrainian Drone Wipes Out Russian Howitzer and Ammo

A brilliant counter-battery operation by the 422nd Drone Systems Battalion. Aerial reconnaissance located a Russian 122mm D-30 howitzer, and as it was moving from its firing position, an FPV drone delivered a precise strike on the vehicle towing the gun. Following the explosion, the vehicle’s cabin burst into flames; some of the crew scattered, while two occupiers were caught in the fire and severely burned. The detonation of ammunition and fuel completely destroyed both the vehicle and the howitzer. How many artillerymen remained in the wreck is unknown.
