Fra-yer= sucker/fool.
The HEART of Israeli society. A fra-yer is seen in Israel as a FOOL who doesn't CUT CORNERS, dodge rules or anything necessary to get ahead. Bending the RULES is seen as SAVVY.
So being a FRA-YER is one who plays is STRAIGHT and that is NOT a compliment in Israel but seen as an INSULT.
