Who was the puppet master pulling strings in the recent Halloween gala where #46 bit a little person on the leg and his spouse was in a costume many found offensive for its symbolism? Lapse of judgement about what constitutes humor by the WH, or the DS trying to flex their failing muscles and harvest some loosh?
