How to make Scrumptious Turkey Meatballs

This is how we make Turkey Meatballs in a Skillet, great with mashed Potatoes, Gravy and steamed Vegetables.

Turkey Meatballs
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Oregano
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh Basil, chopped
2 tbsp fresh Parsley, chopped
1 sm Onion, chopped
2 tsp Worecestershire Sauce
1 Egg
1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs
2 tbsp Oil

Combine Ground Turkey, Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Garlic, Basil, Parsley, Oinion, Worecestershire Sauce, Egg & Bread Crumbs.
Shape 12 (approx. 56 gr. each) equal sized Balls.
Refrigerate for 20-30 Minutes.
Heat Oil in large Skillet on med/high Heat.
Sauté Turkey Meatballs until golden on both sides, about 15-20 Minutes,
or internal Temperature reaches 165° F.
