Clean coal IGCC plants can create new industry & communities with synthesis gas, CO2 and hydrogen

This video discusses the merits of constructing and utilizing Integrated Gasification and Combined Cycle (IGCC) clean coal plants. They create synthesis gas that can be combusted and drive a turbine. These plants also have a secondary turbine driven by steam from waste heat. These IGCC plants can be polygeneration; meaning they can produce electricity, chemicals, vehicle fuels, gases and fertilizer at the same time. This has the capacity to create new industries and then in turn create new communities and bring in more jobs. Not only this, we could create a true circular economy by recycling the captured carbon dioxide from these plants, which in turn make more chemicals and vehicle fuels.
