The girl was dropped off by a friend at Music Hall in NYC before being noticed by a man who claimed to be Diddy's limo driver. The following is extremely disturbing: The limo driver allegedly told the girl that Diddy "liked younger girls" and that she "fit what Diddy was looking for." This incident allegedly happened in 2000 and the girl was forced to sign an NDA. Later on in the evening, the girl was taken to Diddy by the driver. She was given a drink at the after-party and began feeling woozy. She went into a room to lie down but did not lock the door.

According to the lawsuit, Diddy eventually entered the room with two celebrities, one a man and one a woman. "Celebrity A" held the girl down and raped her while Combs and "Celebrity B," a female, watched. After Celebrity A was done, Combs raped the girl while the other 2 watched. Combs then allegedly tried to force the girl to give him oral sex but she struck him in the neck. She wandered around the house with no clothes on until she eventually found an exit. The following video was recently resurfaced, appearing to show Diddy checking for a wire on Justin Bieber.
