Newport, NC ~ Halloween Hootenanny

Newport, North Carolina ~ "The Town with Old Fashioned Courtesy", hosts it's free Halloween Hootenanny each October 31st. This is a 48-year tradition and there's entertainment, games for the kids, a hayride, costume contests, entertainment, and candy and food, all provided free.
