K3D is a remake of the original fast-paced arcade shooter K3. Retrospective gameplay and graphics of the 5th generation (of which you can switch between presets via the main menu), with gameplay mechanics synonymous with Star Fox: Assault. Game difficulty drastically alters the playthrough of your experience, with secret stages to unravel at higher difficulties beyond Normal, as well as extras - including a series of special-ops missions, and a special expansion campaign mission, if you complete the game on the highest difficulty.

In order the complete the game, you must complete the Campaign mode and obtain at least a Gold medal for each challenge from each mission you complete (sans the final).
