VICE AIR CHOKE BY JKD SIFU MIKE GOLDBERG

Learned this handy "vice air choke" from Combat Jujutsu Professor Lloyd Kennedy a long time ago at a seminar which seems to flow rather nicely as a finishing move after a JKD inside sliding leverage intercepts a haymaker being executed while on the ground.
We used a foam cushion target to illustrate the vice air choke movement before Sifu Goldberg experienced its effectiveness personally.
