CA Prop 32 Increase Minimum Wage - Does raising the minimum wage hurt the poor?

Here we go again with another minimum wage increase. I get it. It is VERY EXPENSIVE to live in California. But often the reason it is so expensive here is because government policies make housing, gas, insurance, etc. so expensive. And besides, why does the minimum wage vary based on company size?
