Short on time I only did 5 sets of heavy doubles this session for strength-skill work on incline dumbbells

Then, to complete the small (10 sets total) workout I did another 5 sets of incline dumbbell press but DOWN SETS in the 7-10 rep range at 1-2 RIR the first few sets, 0-1 (just shy of concentric failure) the last 2
