Rep. Andy Biggs says he's ‘cautiously optimistic’ Trump will win AZ based on early voting turnout

Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) predicts former President Donald Trump will win Arizona this election based on early voting ballot returns. Rep. Biggs says he also expects Republicans to take the House and Senate and Kari Lake to win Arizona’s U.S. Senate race.
