According to 666j1, black boys cannot bully white boys because you need to have power in order to do that. Apparently, he thinks we're still living in 1950. 666j1 has posted a lot of bad takes in comments in the past, but this one takes the cake. I can understand the argument that black boys cannot be RACIST against white boys (although even THAT is debatable, ANYONE can be racist nowadays regardless of race), but to say that black boys cannot BULLY white boys in the present era is just absurd. If a group of muscle bound black football jocks in a high school target and gang up on 1 lone nerdy white kid and threaten to beat him up if he doesn't give them his lunch money, that would be an example of black on white bullying. If a black boy sees a white boy in a boys' room and notices that his you know what isn't as big as his and then belittles said white boy about it, that would be an example of black on white verbal bullying as well. There are tons of examples of black on white bullying and vice versa.
