1 Hour of the Year 2000 TV Commercials (October, 12 2000)
It seems like every other commercial in here is a car ad or a movie trailer. Most of these were recorded October 12th, 2000. I'm not sure if it was a marathon, but there were a couple of Star Trek Voyager episodes on the VHS tape. The thumbnail comes from a very stylized Volkswagen commercial. All of these commercials have the 2000's nostalgia feel. If you're a millennial, this should scratch an itch.

Some Commercial Highlights:
*Steve Irwin doing a Fedex Commercial. Best quality version of this I have found.
*Sprint Wireless: The Mime Commercial. What is the obsession with mimes in commercials? Remember the Kool-Aid one?
*Blockbuster Commercial: This guy looks like Glen from The Walking Dead.
*Blue Man Group Pentium III Commercial: I can't believe this guys are doing the same spiel 25 years later (I'm from the future).
*Jeep Commercial: Truly innovative use of CGI to make these "robot animals" come alive and attack the jeep. Great commercial, terrible cars (unless you get an inline 6 Cherokee)
*Many 2000's McDonald's commercials showing prices. Like a breakfast bagel for $1.29.
*Some Best Buy Commercials
*Alone in the Dark, Spiderman, Tekken Tournament, and a couple more 2000 video game commercials. Ps2, Game Cube, Gameboy Advance.
*A Magic The Gathering Commercial. I had never seen one before this. I didn't even know they made commercials. I was more into the Star Trek CCG anyway.
*A timely (it's November 1st, 2024) election commercial form Beanie Babies and McDonald's. Buy a lefty, righty, or cooky beanie baby to show your support for your political party. ]
*McDonalds salad shakers. Remember salad shakers?
*Star Trek Voyager Elite Force Sweepstakes y'all! It was pretty decent. It was a Quake clone.
*A couple Walmart Elderly Greeter commercials.
*The Annoying couple argue about Radio Shack Ads.
*Tony The Tiger Face Frosted Flakes Commercial
*More Movie previews than you can shake a stick out. Lost Souls came out on Friday the 13th in the year 2000th. Owwwwwww owwwwwww Owwwwww Spooky.
*Pretty innovative Capitol One commercials
*The best animated Army and Hamer Super Scoop cat litter stinking commercial I've ever seen.
*Many, many, many more.
