Emotions & Feelings: Podcast 2 - VULNERABILITY AND SETTING BOUNDARIES

5

Join me sharing my learnings around emotional intimacy and my personal path of deepening (or cutting) relationships through relational artistry. Learn about emotional weaponization and how to defend ourselves against the most common street fight in the world, emotional attack. Podcasts will start off with ten sessions of pre-recorded webinars presented in 2020.

Around 10 years ago, I had no idea what I was feeling, nor how to describe how I was feeling. I had super limited vocabulary: sad, happy, angry, scared, shamed and that was about it! This hindered me greatly in my relationships, even hurting others in the process (by appearing cold and withdrawn, or lashing out from frustration at not being able to express myself). My sharing comes from a space of personal experiences, as opposed to formal education.
