[031] 2 New Single Malts: The Irishman and Knappogue Castle 12

While on a visit to my local retailer, I noticed two bottles of whisky that were the very last ones on the shelf. They looked lonely, so I figured I should give them both a new home. The Irishman Single Malt and Knappogue Castle 12 Single Malt made the trip to the shelves, and we're going to give them a sip. I've also got Drumshanbo Galanta 2022 in the video just for the sake of comparison.

I still think I like single pot still better than single malt, but one of these two new bottles is very good - to the point that it could actually rival my enjoyment of single pot still. Take a peek at the video and see which one is just that good!
