Burning the votes in the ballot drop box

A lot of people did early voting they put their ballots in the Dropbox and in this video is showing that they burn the Dropbox ballots. Now what does that mean are these votes not counted? do these people have to vote again ?are they going to be notified and how are they going to know who the people are if the ballots are burnt ? Somebody tell me because it seems to me like it's saying that these people's votes are not going to be counted.
