[019] Redbreast PX and Jameson Crested

Two new whiskies for the shelves! I picked up a bottle of Redbreast PX and a bottle of Jameson Crested. Redbreast PX is a limited edition single pot still whisky from the Midleton Distillery. It is finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry hogsheads for a sweet finish. Jameson Crested is a blended whisky that, while primarily composed of single pot still whisky, also contains whisky that was finished in sherry butts for a sweet taste and finish. We're going to put the Redbreast PX up against Redbreast 12 for a baseline, while the Jameson Crested is going to use the standard Jameson as the baseline. Let's see how they do!
