16kW NG Generac 16kW stand-by generator (model 0052540, serial 4643547) Choke Plate sealing issues

This video shows what I did to correct a hard-starting condition on our Generac generator. In the end, one arm of the spring for the choke plate was in the wrong position. As a result, it was not providing tension to better seal the one intake barrel when the choke plate was engaged. After correctly positioning that spring arm, the choke plate sealed better and the generator would start much easier.
