DANIEL PENNY | THE SUBWAY TRIAL - JURY HAS BEEN SELECTED IN HIGH PROFILE CASE

This is my opinion and my take on the Daniel Penny story.

A jury was selected in former Marine Daniel Penny’s subway chokehold trial — with the majority of jurors saying they’ve had first-hand experience with someone acting erratically on the trains.

This trial will be high profile and these jurors will decide the fate on whether to convict Penny, 25 of taking the life of Jordan Neely, a homeless man who allegedly acting erratically and in a threatening manner on a crowded subway train in May 2023.

Daniel Penny faces up to 15 years in prison.
