We have two months left this year. Or do we? With #RolfTheRoofingGuy

We have two months left this year. Right?
Or do we? We may think we have a lot of time left this year.
But with 2 months left, that’s only 8 weeks or 61 days remaining.
Time is more limited than we realize.
Let’s break it down, what do you really have:
8 weeks left.
61 days.
Subtract the 9 Weekends, take away 18 days.
Subtract up to 9 days for the holidays.
Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, New Years.
Subtract another 14 days, as you use up your remaining vacation time/floating holidays.
People burn their vacation time:
lots of 3-day weekends,
The week of Thanksgiving,
The week before Christmas (if not the last two weeks of the year).
What does that leave you?
For the typical American, at best you have 20 days left this year.
Call it 4 weeks.
How will you use the time you have left?
Doesn’t it make sense to plan out your “have to do tasks” and put them on specific calendar dates now, so you know that you’ll get each of those tasks done?
