INGREDIENTS

50 gm Satavar (Asparagus)
50 gm Vidhara (Elephant Creeper)

METHOD

Take both ingredients in equal quantity and grind in a mixer grinder to make powder.

DIRECTION

Take half a spoonful of powder mix it with 1 teaspoon of honey and have it with warm milk on an empty stomach in the morning.
if you have diabetes then just take powder with milk.
