Patterson kid killers, people who run stop signs in front of Elementary School

I let my dash cam run for about 20 minutes while parked near a stop sign immediately in front of an elementary school. Almost every car (except for 3) ran the stop sign including some that were parents of kids at the school. 11 fatal traffic accidents in Fremont in 2024, the latest a 3 year old.
