Some think they are being virtuous by not voting. Whether you are a Christian or not you shouldn’t be proud of abstaining to vote.
What is the Pastor’s responsibility ? Does the congregation want to understand why and how they should vote?

The Christian is responsible for the governance of a community where they have freedom to do so. The church has been sitting out the process. The Constitution and the Bible are not separated. Voting allows you an opportunity to defend babies, the border, etc.
Paul the Apostle used his Roman citizenship to appeal to Caesar. In other words - Paul used politics to advance the law. Jeremiah 29:7 “Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.”
