Does This "Early Vote Monitor" Moonlight as Trump Sign Stealer?

Is this the same person in these two videos? One video shows someone pretending to be an "Early Vote Monitor" in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The other video shows an identical looking and sounding woman stealing Trump signs. Perhaps this is a job for CSI Bucks County.
