What Did I Eat? My Dietary History

I filmed this without much prep. It's just me talking, very casually and a bit calm and slow. So this video gives a history of my diet. I'm using the term "diet" as a zookeeper would, referring to what makes up the typical meals for a specific animal. I'm not using the word "diet" to describe a temporary change to cause weight loss.

I provide a basic coverage of what I ate from childhood to now.
