Illegal Migrant Smuggler Leads Cops On Chase Through Ranches In Texas

DPS Troopers in Texas arrested a driver from Missouri after leading officials on a chase through several different ranches, in an effort to escape being caught by law enforcement in Kinney County Texas.
According to DPS Raymond Dominguez Jennings, is being charged with human smuggling for smuggling 4 illegal migrants from Honduras & Mexico.
Troopers then arrested the 4 illegal migrants for criminal trespass.
Dominguez Jennings had bolt cutters used to cut ranch fences & admitted to being paid $8 thousand to smuggle.
Troopers say they were assisted by the Kinney CO Sheriff’s Office
