GBRA Michael Cardenas - Candidate Bakersfield City Counsel Ward 2

Michael Cardenas is a long time Bakersfield Residence. He is a business owner and has seen a lot of the negative changes in the City of Bakersfield. Michael has decided to run for the City Counsel, Ward 2. His goal is to address many of the issues that that plague Bakersfield.
