Zombie Radio - The Government Plan, CONOP 8888

Osama bin Laden has been killed and an Ecoli outbreak has occured in Germany as rumors of a pandemic that effects people in a rabies like state, making people violent and aggressive has rumors of spreading throughout the East. Conspiracy theorists and preppers say it's the zombie outbreak. The CDC says it could be tainted mad cow meat. Who's right? We don't know, but the military seems to be gauging for a battle as they release CONOP 8888, a Zombie suppression battle plan to quell a zombie outbreak via marshal law. The leak makes many uncomfortable and only solidifies the conspiracy theory thinking that a problem is happening, but few signs have confirmed their position.
