Suffering from a traumatic brain injury, his music became his therapy, and since October 2023 he has beaten all odds, scaling mountains to be streamed over 300,000 times on Spotify alone.
Paying respect to the influencing legacies of Eminem, D12 and Cypress Hill, this EP is glowing with intricate word play strengthened by an authentically Australian larrikin attitude.
24/8 faces his injury face first, and using his skill to provide an escape from pain, and a pathway to recovery.
Introducing listeners to his injury as The Symbiote, the tracks follow 24/8 on the journey to 8ville, with The Symbiote arguing every hard earned step of the way.
