Insane! Man Throws from 33rd Floor of Four Seasons During Shooting Standoff with Police

Insane! A man who barricaded himself inside the Four Seasons Hotel in Atlanta got into a shooting standoff with police who were trying to access his residence. The man was seen throwing debris off the balcony from the 33rd floor into the streets below.
