Elderly Dog Found Floating on Shopping Cart in Canal Rescued by Humane Society

An elderly canine found floating on a cart in the middle of a canal in Arizona was rescued by the Arizona Humane Society. The dog, now named Dorothea, recovered from her ordeal despite worries about her surviving and has now been adopted into a new home.
