Devastating floods in Valencia, Spain kill more than 70 people.
Emergency services in the eastern region of Valencia confirmed a death toll of 70 people.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez said dozens of towns had been flooded. The federal government said it will declare three days of mourning for the dead.
