Acceptable Behavior For A Postmaster?

Go to the 10 minute mark to skip the loading. @ 10 min I'm chitchatting with Hunter. When we start talking about snakes I realize it's late and the mail hasn't been pushed out for me.
The doors were propped open (nice weather), so I could see inside. The mail was sitting ready for the entire time I was on the dock; including the register. They sit on mail most every day till 445 or 450.

I'm making this public because this woman (the POSTMASTER
@ Paris, Arkansas) has had NOTHING DONE about her persistent, abusive behavior. After months of her abuse and her trying to get me fired, I got a body cam. This is what it captured right away. Her little buddy is always involved.
My boss has supported me 100 %.
USPS took no action.
