*NEW* Character Inbound: Baylan Skoll | Developers Insights | Bring Those Mercs Together!

We've known for a bit now that he is coming to the game and he'a finally here: Baylan Skoll! He is NOT a GL Ahsoka requirement but IS a mercenary faction leader and tank, to help protect the rest of the team.

His unlock is through a legendary event, requiring the great mothers, Marrok, Shin Hati, Thrawn and I believe one other character -- all at high relics.
