Whiteland driver sends RiverLink invoice for his time, mileage following two-month billing dispute

In March, Mike David drove to Nashville, Tennessee with his family. Mike expected to get an $8 invoice in the mail from RiverLink, the company in charge of tolling. Instead, in early April he received two invoices—one for his car and another for a mystery car.
