In the summer of 1873 a group of youngstres on Glasgow Green formed a football club they decided to call The Rangers.

They Had no way of knowing that their club was to become one of the most famous names in world football, and more than a century later, would be recognised eherever the game is played.

The story of Rangers - from those humble beginnings to the magnificent setting that is the new Ibrox Stadium.

Along the way there have been League Championships, Scottish Cups, League Cups, amd epic European ties culminating in the Barcelona triumph of 1972 - more honours than any other club in Britain.
