The Wise 'Ole Owl - English

DEAD LAST! You can't make this stuff up. Jefferson has an English score of 32%. That ranks us 67th in the state. Not surprisingly, a whopping 68.3% of students are BELOW OR WELL BELOW GRADE LEVEL.

Pointing out problems is one thing. Proposing solutions is another. Al Cooksey will insure that NO STUDENT advances to the 4th Grade unless they are AT GRADE LEVEL in English. Let's stop kicking the can down the road and solve this.
