The biggest issue with real estate in Mexico

In this clip, I dive into the biggest challenges facing real estate in Mexico. Unlike in the U.S., where systems like MLS and Zillow make it easy to find every property in one place, Mexico and most of Latin America lack a unified listing system. As a lead generator, I partner with realtors across Mexico, and I've noticed that many agencies here don’t share listings publicly. Often, realtors only showcase properties on their own sites and keep listings exclusive to limit competition.

This fragmented approach is one reason the listing process feels broken. To help fix this, I’m working on building an MLS-type platform for Mexico and Latin America, incorporating AI to collect, consolidate, and update property data in one place. Additionally, I’m planning to offer a direct listing service, where owners can list with us for a flat fee and still pay a commission to the buyer’s realtor. I believe this will make properties more accessible and help them sell faster.
