Prove Morality? Prove Politics?

My standard of what determines morality and good political policies. I mention David Hume's Is-Ought Gap, and how what I see in mainstream philosophy and mainstream political media usually appeals to unreliable intuitions and emotions. I think politics and morality should appeal to desires. The idea that what is moral is what human beings ultimately desire due to their human nature, is called Natural Law Theory.
