DUBAI OATMEAL CHOCOLATE LOL

Details:
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 14 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
- 2 tbsp pistachio butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
- Splash of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Mix oats, milk, pistachio butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Let sit overnight or for 5 hours.
2. Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted.
3. Pour melted chocolate into molds, add the oatmeal mixture, and top with more chocolate.
4. Refrigerate until firm, then enjoy.
