Rogue Willimantic officer fabricates charges, goes and harasses my family. The Full Story

First off, big shout out to Tyrant Slayer Studios. He was on this from the moment it happened. He was listening to it unfold on the scanner and had called in and was trying to get answers before wed even talked that afternoon. He's the one who FOIA'd this information, and when they denied it because of an "open case," it took it to the board and slayed them. Officer Mrs. Kienan GIller and not sure the spelling, but Cantenzaro went out of town with no warrant an hour and a half after the supposed "crime." except they're not allowed to leave jurisdiction without a warrant unless they're in pursuit. So they don't stop at fabricating charges. They'll also break the law just to go harass my girls parents, then my girl. They know my number, they know my address, they know i didn't live there

This is a very bad dude and one that is repeatedly backed by the corrupt PD. They know what he's out there doing, and what do they do? Protect him so he can continue to go out and do it over and over and over. Well, luckily, he's not as smart as he thinks he is, and he's made mistake after mistake and some pretty big ones at that. These fools think they're so important that if they "lose their focus" or you make a sound ant "interrupt them," that's actually your fault they have ADD? When it's not at all. And at this point, look at the lengths they're going to to harass the people around me? I don't live at my girlfriends mothers house, and i didn't live at my girlfriends either. But they swore i was "coming back?" They lied right to her face saying oh your not in trouble, were not trying to get you in trouble... when they did, he lied and tried getting her for "blocking a roadway."" When she never did such a thing? Why'd he think it was appropriate to go to her moms to trash me? He tried making it appear to like he never did that. There's 0 camera footage, and he left it out of all the reports. but there was an hour and a half missing between taking the statement on scene to show up at my girls? It appears like their "complainant" was trying to suck up to them because she was possibly facing her own charges? so what better way to get out of it? But its sad we have people out here who are so ignorant that they could be charged and were actually the only one breaking the law, but the cops need someone, so they allow it. I could go press charges on her. My girl could go press charges on her if we were going by these slow Willimantic cops interpretations on the law. But i know people have been waiting for an update on stuff, and we just got this, so i tried getting it out asap. As always, this is for news and educational purposes, and this is why it's imperative to know not just your rights but also the laws. Because if you don't, who will? Surely not these juiceheads and midgets, and even if they did, if they know you don't, they will take advantage of you every single chance you give them. The public needs to be aware of how they're acting on a daily basis, how they're lying, how they're fabricating things, and just how unfit they are for public service.
