Using basic supplies like milk jugs or water jugs, we set up two different rigs: one with a dropper loop to suspend the bait in the water column, and another with the hook near the bottom. The simplicity and affordability of jugging make it a great way to catch catfish if they’re in your area. While we did land a catfish, we lost a few others, and I’ve realized that using smaller hooks could make all the difference.
