Remarks given at the 2nd District GOP Low Country Boil - October 26, 2024

Ladies and gentlemen,

Today, I stand before you not just as a concerned citizen but as a voice for the voiceless, a champion for the integrity of our elections. We are at a critical juncture in Georgia, where our republican form of government is under threat from those who would manipulate our voting system for their own gain. We have witnessed alarming evidence of **voter roll manipulation** and **synthetic identity theft**, with over 40 counties analyzed revealing troubling patterns that cannot be ignored. This is not just data; it is a call to action! We must demand transparency and accountability from our leaders.

Let us not forget the actions of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who has become synonymous with **maladministration**. He has been caught sending secret emails soliciting $5 million for a 501(c)(4) organization—an organization that aims to silence uncomfortable truths under the guise of combating "disinformation." What does this say about his commitment to upholding the law? Why are we allowing this to happen in our great state?

We need answers! Is the Georgia Senate Ethics Committee going to hold Raffensperger accountable for his actions? Our electronic voting system has become a **national joke**, with system admin passwords available on merchandise for all to see. This is not just negligence; it is a blatant disregard for the security of our elections. How did we let it get this far?

Georgia law, specifically O.C.G.A. 21-2-437, mandates hand counting of votes and certification at the precincts. The Georgia Supreme Court has upheld this law, emphasizing that all ballots—whether hand-marked or printed—are to be treated equally. Yet here we are, facing a system that blatantly disregards these legal requirements. Why are we not following the law? Why are we allowing our voting process to be usurped by foreign corporations and special interests?

We demand a full hand count before certification, in accordance with Georgia law and the Supreme Court's ruling. It is time to **count the voters**, **count the ballots**, and **reconcile machine and paper** results—truly and accurately. The principle is simple: return voting tabulation back to the people! Early and fast should never be our standard; true and accurate must be our mantra.

The people of Georgia are the sovereigns, and it is time we reclaim that sovereignty. We will no longer tolerate a system that prioritizes speed over accuracy, or convenience over integrity. The time has come to restore faith in our electoral process. REMOVE THE MACHINES – Decentralize the voting rolls and go to Hand Marked, Hand Counted Paper Ballots at the precinct. This is bottom-up government OF THE PEOPLE, BY THE PEOPLE, and FOR THE PEOPLE.

In closing, I urge each one of you to stand up and demand that our leaders follow the law. Let us work together to ensure that our elections are safe, secure, and above all—**fair**. Together, we can return control back to the people of Georgia! IT’S OUR RIGHT AND SOVEREIGN DUTY.

Thank you!
