Can you still push yourself on the carnivore diet? life after chemo
Stairs are my favorite way to finish a leg work out, after finishing HIT session on legs
One of the side effects of chemotherapies, is that the body produces less platelets afterwards, and mine have been low ever since. Which is a big handicap when trying to do sport, and build muscle. But on carnivore diet I am doing great, and pushing myself to do more.
And at 51yrs old, I can move again, and I have bullet proof knees.
Why plyometrics, and stair sprints after legs? strength + speed = power!
After a HIT session on legs, you really don't need much, I did each for 2ets. that's it
